“Encouragement, Accountability, Acceptance
When I recommitted to God, one of the things I knew I needed most to be successful was to surround myself with people who would help grow my faith, but I was hesitant due to the past experiences I had with other church cultures. Before getting baptized, I had been looking for a men’s ministry to get involved with, but unfortunately the groups were closed and I was left wishing there was a permanent, open men’s ministry that I could attend. Then, on the day of my baptism God provided me with the answer and Jesse welcomed me into the group of men who I am now proud to call my brothers in Christ! I believe that the one man one word ministry was inspired by God to play a much needed role in the church, a place where men seeking the Lord can find encouragement, accountability, acceptance, and most importantly, the word of God! It’s been one of the key factors in walking out my faith on a daily basis!
